Citizen Science – a human rights perspective

During the closing remarks of this online event on citizen science and data, Tine Destrooper reflects on the broader relevance of citizen science from a human rights perspective. She discusses  the right to (citizen) science, as well as the potential relevance of citizen science (alongside citizen journalism and activism) in documenting human rights violations and raising awareness about human rights.
