Practical Information

All conference activities will take place in the beautiful historical Sint-Pieters Abbey in the city centre of Ghent, unless stated otherwise.

Social and cultural activities can be joined for free. We will share a registration link for the activities on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday closer to the conference date.

Catering during lunch and coffee breaks is provided for presenting delegates free of charge.
